In all probability, they all ready have a matzo cover if they are having a sedar. There is a tradition close to the beginning that they break the middle matzo in half, and the children hide one piece that they use in the end.. The children bargain with the adults to get it back... Not many people have a pouch for the cut piece.. The traditional colors are white, and blue.. It depends on the matzo they use, and what size to make it.. It can be used for years, and you should be able to sew it up very fast.
