Default First compleated quilting project on a 1951 128.

Hello to all,

Well it's finished, a table runner sewn on my 51' centennial 128. All fabric on the front were salvage pieces given to me by my sister who has completed over 200 quilts in the last 25 yrs. so there was no shortage of scraps to work with. She also donated the piece for the back. Ya just gotta love that girl. Anyhow, it was a lot of fun and I learned a lot. I believe that if nothing else was learned I think it was mastering the seam ripper-lol, remember your first project! I have a long way to go and I have 19 more machines to work with. Heck, when I pick up a Standard treadle in June, I might piece together a quilt using all 21 machines and call it the "21 Machine Salute"!! I have a project in mind for my 1952 Spartan and this aftenoon sis gave me a big box of scraps so I best get started sorting the material out. I hope you enjoy the pics. Chow for now.
