i went to the show this weekend with a friend of mine.
your guild's quilts were lovely and quite impressive!
the promoters did not put much effort into advertising the show.
they didn't contact any of the local guilds, let alone invite any to create special displays.
truth be told, there were a lot of things they didn't do, so the turn-out was not at all what i expected.
the good news is that they have apparently already made the commitment to do another show next year.
i look forward to seeing more wonderful quilts from the "Peninsula Moderns" then, too!
