I have had mine for 4-5 years. Have no problem with it whatsoever. Just put in what you have to know and it works. Has for me! I have a lot of trouble "headwise" figuring out amounts of fab I need and this does the trick for me. You just have to have patience and work at it. It'll come to you in one felled swoop! Edie
