leighway, The brand I use is Naturewise and it is a bottle of 180 pills, not 90 as I thought. They send a coupon for a free bottle with it, which I used. I started out taking a lower amount and increased over the first 3 to 4 days as they recommend. Always take with a full glass of water. The biggest problem is to remember to take them before meals. I'm not always sure when I am going to eat, but I set a reminder on my phone for 3 times a day and that helps. I found that taking them 1 to 2 hrs before I eat works better. I am also not a great Dr Oz believer, because every show there is a new weight loss miracle, but this just happened to work for me and I am almost 65.You have to stick to it and change you eating habits also. Reducing the amt you eat and try to eat healthier. I did see days where I did not eat healthy, but still lost weight taking CG. I figured what have I got to loose but $28 if it doesn't work.
