When I made mine I did a few "custom" things to suit my Sister's life..... music notes for how many kids 4 and 2 grands .... her grand-kitty always playing in her plants ... photo transfer from their wedding..3 generation picture...family. She's a birder so had to have one of those.... It was a basic pattern that you can really have a lot of fun with. I did have some lettering on my sewing machine so used that for the book titles.
