I'm with the others. Try a search for coloring book flowers. I buy quilting books and magazines at thrift stores a lot of older ones have simple line drawings in them for either applique of quilting motifs. Both work well for applique. Also if you're into certain styles of period furniture like Arts & Crafts or Art Nouveau with heavily stylized flowers check out books and magazines featuring those styles. There's usually plenty of inspiration there.

This is from the treadle that Kayluvstoquilt here gave to me a couple months ago. I think the wood applique on the drawer would transfer readily into either a quilting motif or a fabric applique for a quilt. Maybe someday...
