No not Snippets, but "confetti". I micro cut with my rotary cutter and them sprinkle them on. Then I cover the whole piece with lightweight netting and after place 1000 pins I micro stipple the whole area. Once they are anchored, you can clip away the excess netting. In this case I didn't bother as I covered the whole piece again with organza.
Try it! It's an easy way to add foliage etc.
