It is possible that someone took the balance wheel off and didn't get it on right. Try taking it apart, oil it up good and put it back together. Is it turning but nothing goes up and down? Or is it not turning and nothing going up and down? If it the wheel is turning and nothing going up and down it is the clutch not in right. If it is not turning and nothing going up and down, something has dried up oil or rust inside the machine. It will take some cleaning and oiling to hit the right spot. Tri-flow is the best investment you could make at this point. Keep everybody up to speed how it goes.
