I so appreciate knowing even seasoned quilters have a qualm or two when cutting new material. I have a fabric store which offers classes about a mile from my home, but they have never had an opening. Busy place. The other one is about 25 miles away. Gas prices, etc. I just hate to spend the money on gas, but it may be the only alternative. I do feel like I need class or two in quilting.
