It may take me a year but I have started cutting all of my leftover batting into 4.5" squares and cutting circles from all of our old blue jeans. Has anyone made anything like this?

This is far more simple than a cathederal window. If you will look closely, each block is a circle of denim and lighter cotton print. Mark a square in the circle, sew straight lines together, the fold the edges in and sew them down.
would be a fun way to use jeans.
