What a wonderful act of love. You will feel your mother as you complete her projects. I'm doing something similar with my sweet MotherInLaw's stash. When I'm finished I'll have made at least 40 quilts for her grandchildren, children, and daughter-in-laws. It's an amazing, sometimes daunting task and I wouldn't give it up for the world.
