QUESTION:
If we create paper-pieced blocks, should we tear off the paper before swapping or leave the paper on the block when we send it in?
I would vote LEAVE ON because the person receiving it could remove the paper after the block was stabilized with an adjoining fabric (sashing or another block) and that will give us a place to write our names.
I will do what the hostess tells us.
