Not sure if it's the photo or not but the case looks a tad shabby/dirty. I'd certainly use that as a bargaining chip. Again, not sure if it's the photo, but looks like there may be some wear on the front of the fold up portion of the bed. Pick it apart, make sure everything works smoothly. You won't know if you don't try. And if they won't make a deal that you're willing to live with, then walk away and you'll more than likely run into another one at some point. At least that's what I keep telling myself when I see them for more than I'm willing to pay!
