always! the bare minimum I include on a label is- name of the quilt, date, my name, city, state, fiber content and care instructions. when it's a 'personal' quilt I know who it is going to, or for a special occasion I also add information/details about that. I've written stories, poems, special things on gift quilts. every project receives a label with at least the minimum information
