heat n Bond/quilting question
I use the lightweight Heat n Bond for doing applique. However, it still feels pretty stiff once it's appliqued on. My question - can I quilt over it? If so, do I need to do anything special with the tension/thread/needle?
Which brings up another question. Is there something better to use for applique that won't be as stiff?
