I trust this doctor completely. We have been together trying to keep me walking since 1993. I just was taken by surprise and needed more info before I agreed to any tendon clipping. Speaking of those feet, they are very sore today and I still have to get the dogs out.
My weight isn't going down at any great speed - it's down one, up two, etc. I have not been to Dairy Queen since it reopened for the season so that's a plus. Now to get back on track eating regular meals.
