The question I have is, does this [ATTACH=CONFIG]472309[/ATTACH] which is supposed to be "Eldredge Rotary NS" needles use the same as the "gold" New Home in the OP? I'm guessing yes. If so I see .15" shorter for a std Singer type needle, about 3.9mm not 1.8mm. Where am I going astray. (re: sewing machines, the rest is hopeless
