Default It is done

Early on in the year my daughter in law asked if I would like to make the christening gown for my granddaughter and I replied "let me have a look and think out what is entailed and we will take it from there". Last month they set the christening date for 27th April so it was time to make a decision make or buy. DIL and went shopping and saw a few gowns but nothing that she wanted as it had to be not lacy, not frilly or ruffles so with that in mind I set about and designed a gown and this is what I came up with.

And the second photo is of the back.

Today my family is coming over to celebrate Easter Sunday with us so I will fit the sleeves. If any final adjustments need to be made I have a few days to do them.

Thank you for looking.
