here about what you can import (quilts are fine!) and how much duty/tax there may be. VAT on goods is currently 20% of value, so be careful when you put the 'value' on your quilt. We all know it's priceless, lol, but you will be charged import duty if it's high.
Check out FedEx as I know there's a way you can pay any duty before it's sent. Good luck!
