I'm not going to.be a lot of help but I will try, and tell you what little I know. In the box where you would write your text, there is a line above there with different icons. Choose the one that looks like a tree. From there you will be directed to browse files and hopefully you can figure it out from there. Also I'm sure someone else with better directions will be along.
