from Don-isewman--I my self would hand quilt it. I had a lady friend give me A GFGarden. The rough size is 65" x 88". I took it to my sewing group in Moline, Ill. And we(my group), roughly counted any where from 3,000-3,500 hex's. The hexs are, lets say. The size of a quarter adding a 1/4" in size in circu. I marked each hex a 1/4" and hand quilted each 1. It took me 9 monthes to hand quilt it. I again say HAND QUILT IT.
