I have a big plastic tub sitting under my cutting desk and I put everything in there as I do each quilt...when it begins to fill up, I know its time ....I press everything and I cut the largest square I can from each piece....then I store the pieces in seperate plastic boxes (from Sams with cookies in them originally) and I have 2 1/2 inches up to 7 inches....when this plastic cookie box gets full, its time to do a scrappy quilt using all that size blocks......I feel like these scrappys are FREE quilts, as it didnt cost anytihng for those squares.....Ialso have a couple of the plastic boxes that I put strips in.....2 1/2 and 3 and 3 1/2 width strips and again, when a box gets full its time to make a quilt with it.....
