I think I walked a bajillion miles on Saturday. Okay that might be a slight exaggeration lol. We moved my dad my his independent living apartment to a room in the assisted living section of the facility. Since it was just across the parking lot we walked everything over. Fortunately we had a couple of maintenance guys with carts for the couch and recliner. Hubby and I did the rest. By the time we got home I could barely even more. The medicine didn't help much.
Woke up Sunday and it took awhile to even stand up. Yuck. Today is a little better. Of course since he was moving from a one bedroom apartment with a patio and walk in closet to a single room it means I still have to empty out his old apartment.
