The jury is still out to decide if those are parts machines or will be useful to somebody hopefully soon. The back of one machine has a clothespin shimming the motor for some reason. The motors look new but that could be new old stock from the 1970s or so??? I would have loved to have met the old woman who's stuff was auctioned off. She lived in a wreck of a house and had lots of out buildings full of treasures. She was a reader of how to do it books and magazines. She gardened. She had a wonderful herb garden just outside her shop door. She fixed sewing machines. The machines were cleaned of lint and it looks like they were made to work. Time and neglect had their way. She had a spring house in which she also stored home canned produce and she had a well used chicken coop. She had a lot of old farm implements, too. I never caught her name but I think she would fit in around here somewhere.
