Don't be afraid to jump in. What I am doing, is that every quilt that I make, I try to make at least 1 block out of that fabric, and so the DJ quilt will also be a memory quilt for me. It has been a slow process, but that is ok too. Hope to see you give it a shot. Right now, my goal is to complete the 5 triangles down both sides, and then from there on, I will add a row of 13 blocks and the 2 triangles at a time, so if something would stop me from finishing the whole quilt, it could at least be finished as a bed runner. Who knows? Good luck.
