Run a free malware program to help rid yourself of this stuff.
Also try this if you have Windows 7 or XP:
click on the blue circle icon that has the MicroSoft colored 4 patch in it (usually at the very bottom of your screen, on the right)
click on "control panel" in the right column
click on "add/remove programs or look for this option in "programs and features"
scroll down to see if this name is found, highlight it
click "remove"

One or the other effort may help you. You could also "restore" to a day before you got this problem.
