This is what I was experiencing--just wanted to get some fresh air. Thankfully, I've never had the problem in the past but will now make sure I at least dunk anything new in water--even if it is a pre-cut.

In the past, I've had problems with breathing and chest pains from new fabric, so you're probably on the right track that you're allergic to what you brought home.
