I think this one probably should win the prize. I found it in a cabinet drawer of a Singer 27 I've been fiddling with today. I had no clue what it was. My husband cracked up - yup he howled. He says one end is for pimples and the other is for blackheads. I have no idea how it works and I'm so not going to test it out.
