"Bali Batiks" are batiks made in Bali, an island in Indonesia. "Batik" is the name of the process and "Batiks" can be made anywhere, including Bali, and usually in Indonesia or Malaysia for commercial purposes, but could be Cleveland as well. More about batiks here.
