I am going to do a S&W quilt from fabric that has much more white in it than yours does. However, it will be appliqued on dark fabric and will make up for that, I hope. I have done four now and I think it will work well. Just be choosy about the setting and the colors to accent it. One of the prettiest ones I EVER saw had a low contrast and it was made into stars after stacked. It was gorgeous and I keep looking for fabric that will generate the same effect.
