I have yet to make a OBW but have a piece of fabric with a white background. Just wondering, has anyone used one of the colors from the starting fabric in a figured blender to add to the other blocks? I have been wondering if this would work to make the color in the quilt more intense. Like the idea of adding a solid color strip to the triangles and using a intervening "blank" block. Always such good ideas
