I find the logos are kind of rubbery and tend to grab and hold onto the needle. I avoid sewing over them but you might have some luck covering the whole logo with tissue paper and stitching through it? The tissue paper could be carefully pulled off after the quilting if it works. I might also instead of FMQ the meandering, switch to a regular foot and do a design that doesn't require flipping the quilt around too much.
