Is it paper pieced? Or is it the "summer in the park" pattern from MSQC?
It is called Urban Lattice. I found the tute here:

It is a form of paper piecing but you sew on the fabric side and not the paper side. I also found a tute for without paper piecing, but I didn't think my cutting/sewing skills would be adequate to do a good job that way.
