Are you going to be making all the choices decisions? Lighting, flooring, cabinets, cutting table, sewing table, fabric/thread storage, etc. Make sure they put in enough electrical outlets. I will also be dreaming of having such a wonderful creative space, but not now for me. You are sooo lucky!
