For really problem cracks on hands and feet, have you ever tried "Allpresan 3" foot cream? (it's a foam). It's a professional product that you would buy at a spa. I use it every other night on my feet when I go to bed and it helps keep the caluses and cracks away. It might be worth getting a small container to try. It's amazing stuff.
