That really made up nicely in your fabrics! I am working on one right now too, only my star block is 32 inches and will be the center of a medallion type quilt for our DGS's wedding in July. His last name is Carpenter so I decided I must make a Carpenter's Star quilt for him and his new wife. I hope mine turns out as well as yours.
