I don't really know what it means. Perhaps it means that the page size has to be those measurements, but I can't be sure. I have Word Perfect( I have an older model desk computer). I sometimes print off patterns from Quilter's Cache ( Quilt Blocks Galore) and the only way to get them to print the correct size is to set the sizing to 144%....very strange.
I am not good with computer 'stuff'. Another reason for me to buy the tri-recs rulers!
