I wish I did. I bought it at a yard sale in St. Charles MO. In fact there were a total of about 12 quilts and I asked the lady why she was selling them. I knew this one was very old. I could see the cotton seeds if I held it up in the light. I was actually going to tell her that she had a treasure but before I could, she said her mother-in-law passed away and she just wanted to get rid of her stuff. So I figured her mother-in-law probably wouldn't have wanted her to have them after that statement I bought this one and an ocean wave from the 40's. The rest of the quilts were not as old and they were embroidery block quilts. You would not believe what she was asking for these quilts. I'm too embarrassed to say.
The person who appraised the quilt said she believes it came to MO from the east coast and the person who made it was probably wealthy because of the fabric in the quilt. In those days poor people did not have the money to buy this type of fabric. It was very interesting what she was saying.
