I'd like #2 with a mitered corner. But I'm also suggesting to put the 2 corner star blocks on the opposite corners (#3 with the stars in the upper left and lower right corners). The opposing stars would make it look like the stars were tumbling?? Still miter those 2 remaining corners.
Would you like a skinny light blue border before the darker one?
