I thoink thin red inner border and then a dark blue outer border. I think that ta light house border will be to much and detract from the center.
What an interesting difference this quilt is from your first quilt. Both are carpenter star patterns but since you did not use a 3rd color in the second one you can not see the secondary pattern. just goes to show how different fabric can change the look of a quilt. Glad you like this one and I am sure your dad will like it too!!!!!
