(Downy.com) Sorta like making lemonade out of the lemons we sometime receive. I too spend a lot of time on the quilting forums. they are such fun and educational!
Hope you and DH have a happy and healthy new year.
It sounds like we are in the same row boat together. I know I don't have too many years left to hand applique or hand quilt with my arthritis and fibro settling into my hands. I am trying to do as much now as possible before my hands give up on me and refuse to work anymore. I don't do any embroidery anymore. Someday I'd like to pick up an embroidery machine but that's a long ways off. I've other things, like a longarm machine, that I would much rather have first.

Getting old is not as much fun as I thought it would be waaaay back when I was a teenager! :-P
Can't remember who said it first but, I heard Bob Hope say it once, "Growing old ain't for sissys"! So true.
