100% Bamboo of you can find it and then afford it or i usually get a 50% Bamboo and 50% cotton mix its very soft and doesn't shrink much either .
The one time I bought bamboo batting I LOVED it because it was so soft. Of course, once it's in the quilt, you can't touch it any more, but still. It was so soft!
