Now if each person took those 6 charms sets and separated them and made twenty piles of 6 charms in each we can do the 20 charms the same in each Baggie. For this would make it easier on me and a lot faster .
i think I follow you. Another way to do the same thing is to:
1) set out your six sets
2) take one from each pile and place them on top of each other in a uniform square
3) turn the pile to make it a diamond
4) begin again, setting your six as a square on top the previous diamond
5) repeat
This way, all you have to do it pick up six at a time to swap them and we don't use crazy amounts of baggies. But if baggies are truly easier, I'm good with that, too.
