I have these scissors. I bought them at Quilt in A Day shop in Paducah when they first came out and I had a 40% coupon to use there. I love them. I thought at first why would I need batting scissors. But I've learned never to say that's silly when it comes to specialized tools. They cut through batting with no hang ups, no getting caught in the batting and smooth clean cuts in even the high loft batting. I only use them for batting. I took my pair to a guild meeting when we were cutting batting for donation quilts. Everyone wanted to use my scissors. No tired hands like with regular scissors. They are worth full retail in my opinion.
