A friend asked me to make a quilt for her girlfriend. I started designing it while I was laid up.......and finally finished today. Can you guess the baby's name???
The quilt is 52 x 66"......and I used a Poly batting from Joanns (never again!). The backing is flannel....also, never again -- I have black and white cats -- what WAS I thinking????]
The elephant pictures I got off the internet. I googled "coloring book, elephant" and found a few pictures. I didn't like the eyes on some of them, so I copied and made them all the same.
I embroidered the gray "body lines" and the eyes on.
The quilt isn't that poofy around the baby's name and birth data.....just looks that way to the camera.
