I just wanted to say I'm in on this challenge for 2010. I had already determined to use fabrics from my stash as much as possible and spend less this year. I know I will buy backings and will need to buy batting before the year is out and that is o.k. but I really need to make a dent in what I have.
I love the idea of these crumble,crazy quilts and strings quilts. Would someone post a great link or tutorial for these please.
I started cutting fabrics into strips and squares and such this last year trying to get my scraps organized and was doing pretty well at it. Then my son and his wife moved in last fall and they are living downstairs which previously was my sewing area so I've not done much of anything since.
Being they are still here I won't get alot done for awhile but will work with what I have as I can.
