Quilting Survey
I just received a very intensive National Survey of Quilting in America survey form through the mail. It was very lengthy and detailed. A postage paid envelope was included, along with a $1.00 bill - evidently for my time?! Did any of you receive the survey? Do you intend to mail it in?
