In Whitehorse there is Bear's Paw Quilts (
http://www.bearspawquilts.com). It is pretty expensive - $18.50/meter - but it is a great little shop, with some nice northern-themed patterns. I think they are the only quilting shop in the Yukon, so nothing in Dawson.
