At two of the Houston, Texas stores...you might want to take a lunch...I have waited up to an hour waiting for someone to come cut for me....they call them to come...but that doesn't work...and heaven forbid anyone from another dept to help you..they look at you like you have two heads...Only waited that long one time cause Grandson had found some deer panel fabric and the camouflage to go with it...and I got it to make him a quilt..
By the time I get home, I forget that I need to call and report it to the manager...not that it would do any good..
They must know they are losing business....
